Microfibres was established in 1926. Expanding its operations through out the US, and China. Microfibres made nylon velvets by using flocking techniques. Most of equipments used, were developed by Indev, a division of Microfibres. Microfibres brand is known throughout the world with its innovative designs and superior quality. The company competed in several areas such as upholstery, baby car seat, wall paper, carpet matts, dog bed, cut fiber, mattress and apparel markets. The majority of the company’s products are made with Nylon 66. Thus, it produces very soft also durable products that have OEKO-TEX certification known to be friendly to the environment.
In 2017, the Microfibres assets, including all intellectual properties, were acquired by Suedser Textile making the Group the largest flocking company in the world.
Microfibres serves in the upholstery fabric industry with its new facility, which is established in Cerkezkoy Organized Industrial Zone in TURKEY, with a capacity of over 10 million meters production annually in an area of 110.000 sqm.
The factory, which has become the world's largest flocked fabric, and printing integrated plant, offers services to all around the world by producing the best quality and patented flocked fabric with the knowledge and advanced technology.
Microfibres has a large R&D Center and 4 laboratories focusing on improving the technology.
